If legal measures become necessary, we provide and serve the necessary notices and perform the collections of past due rents, in compliance with current Idaho State laws. If eviction is required, we appear on your behalf in circuit court to obtain judgments for restitution and possession of premises. In addition to that, we regularly inspect your property and report the results directly to you. When maintenance or repairs become necessary, we manage all labor, and when repairs are extensive we obtain estimates for your approval. We Make it Easy! We’re accountable for the details. We collect all rents, fees, deposits, and other income on your behalf. Per your instructions, we also pay your mortgage installments, taxes, insurance, utilities, and other regular expenses– leaving you with only the benefits of ownership. You receive a monthly accounting of all income and expenses. And most importantly, we provide a “Leasing Agent” and a “Turnover Specialist” to show and make ready all available units.
