Rental Criteria For Residency

Boise Property Management is committed to ensuring that each application for residency undergoes a complete criminal background and credit history report. The following is required to qualify to lease a BPM property:

 Income:

• Monthly income should be equal to three times stated rent, and must be from a verifiable, legal source

 Credit: 

• Negative or adverse debt showing on consumer credit report may require additional source of income; Three or more unpaid collections (medical excluded) will result in denial of your application

 Criminal Conviction:

• "A conviction, guilty plea or no-contest plea" for any felony involving serious injury, kidnapping, death, arson, rape, sex crimes and/ or child sex crime; extensive property damage or drug related offenses (Class A Felonies) or where the disposition, release or parole have occurred within the last 7 years; any other felony charges, or where the date of disposition of release of parole have occurred within the last 7 years for any misdemeanor or gross misdemeanor involving assault, intimidation, sex-related, drug related, property damage or weapons charges, or where the date of disposition release or parole have occurred within the last 3 years for; any B or C misdemeanor in the above or criminal trespasses, theft dishonesty, prostitution; shall be ground for denial of the rental application. Pending charges or outstanding warrants for any of the above will result in suspension of the application process until the charges are resolved.
